We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on goodamerican.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.
Returns and exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on Prettysmileteeth.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.
Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit are free!

Returns for original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund:
• $2.99 restocking fee when you return to a Happy Returns return bar
• $7.99 restocking fee when you return via UPS pre-paid mailed label
• $0 restocking fee for an exchange or a refund to a store credit.

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Products with protective adhesive strip (i.e Bodysuits and Swim) must be returned with protective adhesive strip still attached. Returns with the strip removed will not be accepted. We do not accept returns of items purchased at one of our retail partner locations.

Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the method selected in the return process. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
